I'm a Workforce Management specialist in the BPO industry in the Philippines, where I handle real-time staffing, reporting automation, and operational analytics for a contact center team of 74 agents.
Outside the day job, I build the tools that don't exist yet — custom WFM dashboards, Python reporting pipelines, a self-hosted homelab running production-grade services on budget hardware, and a web POS system for my family's print shop.
My approach is pragmatic: I reach for whatever solves the problem cleanly — a Python script, a MikroTik firewall rule, or a normalized database schema. I care about systems that are reliable, maintainable, and actually used.
